SAT-IA Battery Intelligent Activator is a portable product to active poor battery. It has three functions: discharge, charge and activation. According to the actual situation of different poor battery, it can make capacity test, make low voltage constant current charging, or set up multiple cycles against to minimum capacity battery to do pulse charge and discharge, to activate the failed active material and to increase capacity of the poor battery. It also equipped the PC software, to upload the data to computer for analysis.

 

Key Functions                                                                                                                                                        

       Cell battery activation function

SAT-IA can activate the cell battery in online float-charge and offline. After set cycle times, each activation charge time, adopt pulse charge or not, protection voltage and etc., SAT-IA will start activation function. It will real time show battery voltage, charge current, discharge current, charge capacity, discharge capacity, charge time and discharge time. Activation function will be finished by pre-set termination condition, or stopped artificially.

       Cell battery discharging function

SAT-IA can discharge the cell battery in constant current. After set discharging current, discharging time, discharging capacity, termination voltage, SAT-IA will start discharge test, and real time show discharge current, discharged capacity, voltage, discharge time and etc. Discharge test will be finished by pre-set termination condition, or stopped artificially.

       Cell battery charging function

SAT-IA can charge the cell battery in online float-charge and offline. After set charge current, charge time, termination voltage and etc., SAT-IA will start charge function. It will real time show charge current, charged capacity, voltage, charge time and etc.  Charge function will be finished by pre-set termination condition, or stopped artificially.

Ø Large memory capacity,it can save 10 activation data, 10 discharging data and 10 charge data. Customer can query, delete and output data.


Ø Customer can choose whether to adopt pulse charge mode during the activation or not, to reach the best maintenance result.


Ø It has RS232 and USB interface. Data upload to the computer for data management to make the long-term historical data storage and analysis.


Ø Once abnormally, SAT-IA will stop work automatically and protect batteries.


Ø The monitoring unit and power unit is integrated designed. Monitoring unit is adopted high speed A/D and D/A, which is more quickly and accurately. Power unit is adopted new type of efficacy components.


Ø English software can automatically generate voltage curve, current curve and test report in Excel and Word format.
